We had a warm welcome from the staff of the hotel and by warm, I mean really warm as we were served Hot Kahwa in a cute small cup as a welcome drink. Their entire staff, right from the guards, to check-in and the cleaning staff, were all so welcoming and ready to help. A special mention to Priya at the reception desk for answering all our querieswith a pleasant smile.
